Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development of an innovative advertising platform that integrates DOOH, programmatic advertising, and dynamic pricing strategies.
- You will take on strategic and operational ownership of the platform development in close collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.
- You will ensure seamless integration with leading DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks.
- You will incorporate AI and automation solutions to optimize audience targeting and campaign performance.
- You will actively shape the future of retail media through loyalty-based ad formats and digital activations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Retail Media.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Expert of DSPs, SSPs, and the AdTech ecosystem.
- Strong background in product development and product launches of tech products.
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel to and work from the headquarter in Berlin for about 40%.
