Your Responsibilities:

• You build and scale the API and backend systems powering web scraping.
• You manage traffic, proxy rotation, headless browsers, and low-level networking.
• You maintain the core infrastructure that makes the scraping tool fast, scalable, and reliable
• Your tool handles billions of scraping requests from customers every month.
• You manage the tool´s performance under pressure, from low-level internet connections to high-level APIs.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in software engineering.
• Fluent in Python, Go and NodeJS.
• Have worked for over 2 years at the same company on the same project, focusing on large-scale asynchronous workflow systems.
• Expert in queueing systems.
• Proficient in distributed schedulers.
• Possess strong expertise in time-series monitoring, metrics, tracing, and log pipelines.
• Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy environment and eager to take ownership.
• Fluent in English.
• Thrive in a remote work setting.
