Director Product Management (f/m/x) Go-To-Market Strategy

Your Responsibilities:
- In this role you manage 3 main areas:
- 1. Go To Market Strategy for the Product
- 2. Work with product developers to refine product roadmap
- 3. Product Education for commercial teams internally
- You enable your team to grow with purpose, sharpen the right skills, and secure lasting success for your department.
- You work closely with the VP and C-suite to shape the organisation and strategy for your department.
- You manage the production of internal product descriptions.
- You direct product launches.
- You guide positioning development through competitive comparisons, market feedback and research.
- You ensure clear, up-to-date messaging for target audiences, high-quality marketing materials (website, sales, videos).
- You enable your team to grow with purpose, sharpen the right skills, and secure lasting success for your department.
Your Profile:
- 5 years of experience with B2B Product Management.
- Strong track record of implementing GTM strategies and successful product launches.
- Experience in aligning product roadmaps with business goals and customer needs.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing teams of 2 or more people.
- Experience in B2B product environments.
- Strong analytical and market competence, including market research, competitive analysis, product positioning, data-driven decision-making, A/B testing.
- Hands-on mentality supporting with operational tasks.
- Fluent in English.
