Your Responsibilities:

• You focus on the new user journey and improve user onboarding and activation flows.

• You turn sign-ups into active customers through data-driven product engineering and AI improvement.

• You build onboarding flows, wizards, checklists, and in-app messages.

• You create dashboards and tools to help users see the value from the SaaS tool quickly.

• You analyze where users drop off and make improvements.

• You actively shape the future of the companies success.

Your Profile:

• Happy to work in the Berlin office.

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.

• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in software engineering after your studies.

• Have worked for over 2 years at the same company on a longterm fullstack project within customer conversion.

• Fluent in Node.js, TypeScript and React.

• Good experience with Python in the backend.

• Experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores and model fine-tuning.

• Have worked over the full development circle from MVP to production and after shipping.

• Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy environment and eager to take ownership.

• Fluent in English.

• Already legally registered in Germany and eligible to work in Germany.
